Content Requirements

The journal publishes articles that match its type and items. An article must be original, previously unpublished, and must not violate intellectual property rights of third parties. The material offered for publication should be of practical interest for employees of the enterprises of real sector of economy, employees of research and educational institutions, of state and municipal institutions, students, undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students, high school students. The language of article should be accessible, clear and understandable.

The material presented in a scientific paper, should have elements of scientific novelty, to have an applied orientation, to reveal the theoretical, methodological and practical issues, to solve any actual problems of personnel management and intellectual resources, to include conclusions and recommendations.

The text should be accompanied by tables, graphs, diagrams and other illustrative material. Length of paper: 20-40 thousand characters (including spaces).

Design requirements

The text should be typed in Microsoft Word, and savedin DOC or RTF formats. File name should include author's name and article's title.

Paper Structure:

  • information about the author: position, scientific degree, academic rank; the address information of the author(s) (organization(s), address(s); e-mail of all or one author).
  • title;
  • abstract (100-250 words);
  • keywords (5-7 words or phrases, separated by semicolon);
  • full text of the article (the main text font : Times New Roman; font-size body text is 12 PT; margins: top and bottom - 2 sm, right and left - 3 sm; line spacing - single; indent the first line of the paragraph - 1,25 sm; text-align justify; references in formulas are given in parentheses; for formulas in the formula editor; pictures by means of Word; raster images are provided as separate JPG files of minimum 300 dpi resolution);
  • references.

To highlight text use bold and italic. It is not recommended to use UPPERCASE, sp a c i n g and an underscore; footnotes.

An author's photo should be included together with the text of the manuscript.

The main text of the article should be split into sections (with headings). The illustrative material (charts, graphs, tables, and so on) in the text part must be numbered. All illustrative material should be referred in the text.

All Illustrative materials should be in TIFF or JPG files of minimum 300 dpi resolution (if available).

Publishing procedure

Submitting manuscripts

You can submit an article:

  • either by registering on the Naukaru.ru website and filling the application form in your Personal Account;
  • or by e-mailing the article to nasoup-2011@mail.ru.

Note that your application must meet the Requirements for the paper.

Accepting manuscripts

On receiving an application the Editor-in-chief (or the Deputy-Chief Editor) decides whether the article matches the topics relevant to the journal and conforms to the Requirements for the paper.

Articles that do not qualifyare returned to the author with reasons for rejection.

Articles that satisfy the requirements are reviewed primarily by the members of the Editorial board.

Reviewing manuscripts

All scientific articles submitted to the journal that satisfy the requirements are reviewed.

Editor-in-chief (or the Deputy-Chief Editor) directs the article to be reviewed by the specialist in the field of article's theme.

Articles are reviewed by members of the editorial board and the editorial staff, also reviewers who are leading experts in the relevant field and in the past 3 years have publications on the subject of the reviewed article and invited.

The review assesses:

  • the relevance and novelty of the topic, the relevance of the research;
  • research-level work;
  • theoretical and practical significance of the work;
  • scientific novelty of the research;
  • the degree of reliability of the facts presented and the obtained results;
  • completeness of disclosure issues, conclusions and recommendations.

The final part of the review must give the conclusion about the possibility of publishing a peer-reviewed article in the journal: "recommended", "recommended taking into account correction of noted shortcomings" or "not recommended".

After conducting the review procedure, is made the final decision to publish or reject articles. This information shall be communicated to the author. At a rejection of article, at the request of the author the copy of the review is sent to him/her.

The originals of reviews are kept in the editorial office for 5 years since the publication of the article in the journal.

Signing the Agreement

After the article is accepted for publication, the author signs License agreement with the publishing house, i.e. provides the necessary data, prints the contract, signs it and posts it to the publisher.

Publication

On being published in a journal issue the article is assigned DOI, and its metadata is supplied to the RSCI.

The author receives a conformation e-mail about publishing of his/her article.

The author can request a free PDF file of the article or buy a paper issue.

Mission

Mission

Unlike existing journals, which are thematically focused on personnel management and intellectual resources, the conceptual basis of "Management of the Personnel and Intellectual Resources in Russia" is consideration of the issues relating to the management of human activities throughout his working life - from high school to retirement. The journal is addressed to high school students and students of further education, their teachers and parents; to students of different levels of higher education, academics, scientists, researchers, to expert community; to graduates, young professionals; to top managers and specialists of organizations of the economy real sector; to top managers and specialists of state and municipal institutions; to all who influences the formation and management of the most valuable asset of any country - the personnel potential and the intellectual capital.

Based on this concept items of the journal are formed. For a start the following headings are provided:

  • Theory and methodology;
  • Social and personnel policy;
  • Experience of the organizations;
  • Professional standards and competence;
  • New disciplines for a Bachelor´s programme and a Magistracy;
  • Young researcher;
  • Labor-market;
  • For senior high school student;
  • For graduate;
  • For the employer, etc.

The structure of groups will be flexibly changed and supplemented with new headings, depending on the wishes of readers, the demands of political and socio-economic reality.

The journal is printed organ of the newly created all-Russian non-profit organization - National Union of Organizations for training in the field of personnel management, uniting universities and other organizations, which carry out preparation and use of specialists in personnel management and intellectual resources.

In articles of "Management of the Personnel and Intellectual Resources in Russia" in open dialogue of professional community the most actual national problems and a role of HR managers in their decision are discussed with the government and society.

Journal policy is based on maintaining editorial ethics. The journal uses open peer review type.
