The article is devoted to the study of digital transformation in conditions of increased competition, acceleration of technological progress and transformation of consumer behavior is increasingly becoming necessary for financial sector organizations. The management process is not just the implementation of individual technological solutions, but a comprehensive restructuring of the business model, organizational culture, operational processes and customer interaction. In the Russian banking sector, this trend has become particularly relevant within the framework of the Digital Economy state program, which focuses on the introduction of end-to-end technologies (artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, big data) and the development of digital ecosystems. In Russia, the Digital Economy state program attaches particular importance to this process, which encourages the use of breakthrough technologies (such as AI, big data, and blockchain) and the formation of digital ecosystems. The authors analyzed the effectiveness of existing models used in PJSC VTB Bank. The presented research is of practical importance in the formation of an innovative model for increasing the competitiveness of banking services.
