Abstract (English):
The article presents the description and importance of self-branding in the professional development of a specialist. It is noted that today in our country, self-branding is only gaining momentum, so those people who want to create their own brand need to work on it independently. The authors of the article consider self-branding as a process aimed at ensuring that a person can position himself as a successful employee in his professional activity and be in demand in the labor market. Describing the stages of creating your personal brand, it is noted that society is changing, its needs and interests are changing, hence the employers’ request is changing. Based on this, the article contains recommendations that allow you to maintain your personal brand and remain successful in your professional career.
