During the period of digital transformation, artificial intelligence technologies are actively developing and being introduced into human resource management processes. The authors consider the concept of artificial intelligence, explore the possibility of using artificial intelligence in the system of personnel adaptation. The article analyzes the main advantages and disadvantages of the ChatGPT model. A model for integrating artificial intelligence into the adaptation of company personnel is proposed.
