Abstract (English):
In modern market conditions, it is an important factor in the work of the organization to select applicants for a vacant position with high quality. In order for companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to identify highly qualifi ed specialists from among other applicants for a vacant position, to properly organize the selection of personnel between all candidates corresponding to the vacancy. The selection of candidates is a key moment in personnel management, determined directly by the applicants, their knowledge, skills, experience and motivation. Inaccuracies in the selection of personnel have a negative impact on productivity in the company.
