Abstract (English):
Global digitalization, the introduction of digital technologies in almost all spheres of human life, rapidly changing conditions in the labor market pose the task of mastering fundamentally new competencies in a short time and professional self­determination of young people. Young people in modern conditions are the main socio­demographic group that uses modern digital technologies from early childhood and is able to quickly adapt to their change.
