In the process of studying in college, one of the important tasks is to form students' high motivation to implement their plans and intentions. To do this, it is necessary to look for effective ways to organize the educational process and educational work. The article provides an analysis of the so-called "points of growth" on the example of the college of the Russian University of Cooperation, which contribute to the professional education of students, the development of their professionally significant personal qualities through modern technologies, forms and methods of work.
