Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to an actual pedagogical problem - the study of the personality of the teacher, whose relations with pupils in the classroom and outside directly affect the whole educational process, determine the success of the teacher and pupils. The article considers the submission of younger schoolchildren about the image of their teacher, changes in the attitude of children towards him and the reasons for these changes. The practical experience of implementing a personality-oriented approach to the training of first-grade pupils are analyzed.
