PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN TECHNOLOGIES IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT PRACTICE

Abstract (English):
Technology is gradually included in the management practices of Russian organizations and businesses, they have proved the validity of its introduction, however, we see today, in practice, insuffi cient use of the achievements of scientifi c thought and the weak real understanding of management processes. Personnel management technology acts as a link between theory and practice of management, which are the way and resource to improve the effi ciency of personnel, to balance the interests of the organization and the interests of employees. Personnel technology is positioned as the eff ect aimed at mobilizing personnel for organizational tasks associated with the maintenance and enhancement of its adaptive capacity, adaptation to diff erent states of the external organizational environment. The article raises the problems and prospects of implementation of human technology in the practice of human resource management. The article aims to identify the mechanisms of implementation of human technology in the practice of modern organizations. Author justifi es the role of personnel technologies in the development of human resources management. The article discribes the value and prospects of implementation of personnel management technologies in practical activity.

ТЕХНОЛОГИЗАЦИЯ ПРОЦЕССА УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Практика лучших компаний свидетельствует, что технологии кадрового менеджмента нужны в управлении организацией, их следует рассматривать как ресурс повышения эффективности деятельности сотрудников. Они направлены на оптимизацию управленческих процессов, на четкое функционирование системы управления. Технологии кадрового менеджмента в традиционном (М. Армстронг, П. Друкер, М. Мескон и др.) и инновационном аспекте получили свое развитие в трудах Р. Каплана и Д. Нортона [9]. Среди отечественных авторов заметный вклад в развитие технологий кадрового менеджмента внесли А.Я. Кибанов, В.Р. Веснин, Е.В. Шекшня, С. Иванова, А.П. Егоршин и др. Несмотря на достаточное количество исследований данной тематики, существует необходимость в дополнительном изучении внедрения технологий кадрового менеджмента в практику современных организаций.
