FOR PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT

Abstract (English):
This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of professional burnout, 
which is particularly relevant in the context of public service. The study explores the key causes and manifestations of burnout, including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. An empirical study was conducted using the methods of C. Maslach, V. V. Boyko, and the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), which revealed the severity of burnout symptoms among employees. Special attention is given to social and psychological support measures aimed 
at prevention and correction of burnout. The article emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach that includes individual, organizational, and cultural aspects, as well as the development 
of a corporate culture focused on employee well-being. Specific recommendations are proposed 
to reduce burnout levels, including training, counseling, stress resilience development, and emotional regulation. The findings can be used to design support programs and improve the efficiency of public institutions.
