SOCIAL STAFF TRAINING AS A FORM OF INCREASING COMPANY EFFICIENCY IN THE ERA OF BIG DATA

Abstract (English):
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the introduction of social learning will inevitably and radically change corporations, making them more open and free. In the era of Big Data, the effectiveness of a company in the market and the effectiveness of training in it correlate with the use of social learning. Organizations that refuse social learning are less competitive. Currently, almost half (46%) of modern companies do not use social learning. The main limitation is embedded in the organizational and corporate culture, which hinders the free exchange of opinions, ideas and content within the organization under the slogan “We do not accept this.” In this regard, the authors in this study highlight the key issues of defining social learning technologies in the context of severe restrictions on the dissemination of information. The practical significance of the study is that the results obtained will allow companies to develop effective strategies in personnel training and HR management.
