Corporate culture is an important element of the successful operation of any organization. It determines not only internal processes, but also how it is perceived by the external environment. The formation of corporate culture is one of the key factors influencing the motivation of personnel within the organization. Corporate culture includes a set of values, norms, beliefs and traditions that determine the behavior of employees and the atmosphere in the team. An effective corporate culture helps create a comfortable work environment where employees feel important and valued, which in turn increases their engagement and job satisfaction. A theoretical study was conducted on the influence of corporate culture on the process of motivation of employees, various aspects were identified: emotional attachment to the organization, level of satisfaction, development and career growth. Open communication, support for employees and a system of recognition of achievements form an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, which directly affects labor productivity. A description is given and the results of a practical study of the formation of corporate culture as a factor of personnel motivation are presented. The work also emphasizes the importance of consistently forming a corporate culture through a clear definition of the company’s mission and values, establishing effective communication channels and introducing reward systems. The examples show how the right approach to corporate culture can lead to a significant increase in the level of staff motivation, which is reflected in business results. The topic under study represents an important aspect for modern organizations seeking to improve their competitiveness, retain employees and develop a positive image with clients and employees.5
