A METHODICAL APPROACH TO BUILDING EFFECTIVE INTERNAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS IN A COMPANY

Abstract (English):
The purpose of this article is to develop measures to improve communications in the chosen company. Modern domestic and foreign concepts of internal communications in the company are studied, the necessity of using internal communications as tools for improving organizational efficiency is proved. The structure of the company’s internal communication model is substantiated and a methodological approach to improving the corporate communications system is developed, focused on a new strategy for their development. An algorithm for upgrading the internal communications system has been developed, the purpose of which is to increase employee loyalty and engagement through information and feedback. The developed methodological approach was implemented in one of the Russian companies, in particular: a survey of employees was conducted and the state of communication in the organization was analyzed. A number of problems have been identified, and a set of developed ways to improve communications has been presented.
