Abstract (English):
The article discusses current recruiting trends. Some of them are caused by an acute shortage of personnel in the labor market, others are associated with a huge amount of information on the evaluation and selection of candidates. This situation, as noted in the article, necessitates the search for more diverse recruiting tools, setting the right goals when choosing a candidate selection strategy and creating a competitive value proposition. The authors of the article talk about the main aspects that should be contained in a modern job offer in order to distinguish it favorably from many others. There are also examples of recruiters analyzing information contained in candidates’ profiles on social networks, recommendations on choosing the interview format and using artificial intelligence in the recruiter’s work.
