Requirements for the paper

Content requirements

The Editorial Board accepts articles for publication in the following fields: psychology and pedagogy. The article must be original, have not been previously published, is not in violation of the copyright of third parties.

Editorial material contained in this article should have elements of scientific novelty, have applied orientation, disclose theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of solving some urgent problems include conclusions and recommendations. Manuscripts must be accompanied by illustrative materials (tables, charts, graphs, diagrams, etc.).

The recommended amount in the range of 20-40 thousand. Characters (including spaces).

Requirements for registration

The article should contain:

  • UDC (see, for example, here: http://naukapro.ru/metod.htm.);
  • Unit 1 - in Russian: Full name of the author (s); article title; abstract (100-250 words); Keywords (5-7 words or phrases, separated by a semicolon);
  • Unit 2 - English: information of the first block in the same sequence;
  • Unit 3 - full article in Russian (the font of the main text - Times New Roman; font size of the main text - 12 pt, margins: top and bottom - 2 cm, left and right - 3 cm, line spacing - one and a half; indent of the first line of a paragraph - 1.25 cm, text alignment - in width; a reference to the formula given in parentheses; formulas typed in the formula editor, drawings - a Word means, raster illustration available as separate files in the format of at least 300 dpi .jpg with permission);
  • Unit 4 - list of literature in Russian (the name of the "Literature"); bibliographic lists drawn up in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008. References to the list in the main text are given in square brackets, eg: [3, p. 25];
  • Unit 5 - a list of references in the Latin alphabet (the name «References»). See registration rules.;
  • Unit 6 - information about authors in Russian: name, surname, patronymic; position; academic degree; academic title; the address data of the author (s) (organization (s), business address (st), e-mail or all of the author);
  • Unit 7 - information unit 6 in the same sequence in English.

To highlight the text is acceptable and bold italic writing. Examples recommended italicize new terms and concepts - in bold.

It is not recommended to use such isolation as CAPS, p and h p i d to and separated by a space and an underscore; subscript reference.

Making a list of references in the Latin alphabet (References)

The main structural elements of the list of literature in English:

1. Authors

It lists all the authors of the material separated by commas. Surname and initials transliterated. The initials of the names of places are not separated.

Example: Zagurenko A.G., Korotovskikh V.A., Kolesnikov A.A., Timonov A.V., Kardymon D.V.

2. The name of the source

Title of the article (book section): translation into English.

Example: Considering the economical nature of investment agreement when deciding practical issues (on example of the lease agreement) Pravo [Law]

Title (journal): transliterated name in italics, followed by an English translation in brackets.

Example: Poslednee pravitel'stvo SSSR [Last government of the USSR]

3. Imprint

For books: Publication city (in English), the name of the publishing house (transliteration with addition of reduction Publ.), Year of publication.

Example: Moscow, Krom Publ, 2013..

For articles from the magazine: year, volume, issue of the journal or the year number.

Example: 2013, vol. 5, i. 2. (Cyrillic - 2013, V. 5, number 2) or 2013, no. 7.

4. volume

An indication of the total number of pages or a range of "from-to".

Example: 221 p. or pp. 54-57.

5. Language

Description of articles and conference materials in Russian language indicating the end (in Russian).

6. DOI

If so, be sure to specify the DOI.

Example: DOI: 10.12737/2156

It is necessary to pay attention to the following points:

  1. If the list includes a reference to foreign publications, they are fully repeated in the list of impending in the Roman alphabet.
  2. When the description of the transfer of publication preferable description of the original versions. Translated versions can be described in brackets - as additional information. When you can not reveal information about the original version of the book, or translated version is, for example, a collection of several foreign publications, mainly the description is translated books.
  3. In the descriptions of Russian-language textbooks, manuals do not need to specify the type of media.
  4. Opisanie regulations, patents, reports, and so on. E. Preferably results in a translation into English, indicating in brackets (in Russian).
  5. Nazvanie conferences is transliterated, it gives a translation in brackets.
  6. For the unpublished documents of the author's name is indicated in brackets indicating the (unpublished). If the authorship of the document there is no point name and «Unpublished Source» or «Unpublished Report».

Publication ethics

1. The liability of the chief editor

1.1 Chief Editor is responsible for everything that is published in the journal.

1.2. The editor should not be allowed to publish materials that are not appropriate topics and policy magazine.

2. The independence and objectivity of the editorial board

2.1. The decision to publish taken editor in chief or deputy chief editor.

2.2. The decision on the publication shall be made only after reviewing the article.

2.3. The decision on publication is made on the basis of the scientific value of the work under consideration.

3. Review

3.1. The publication shall review all incoming materials to the editor corresponding to its category, with a view to peer review. All scientific articles, received by the editorial board, are subject to mandatory review.

3.2. Term review of training - a month.

3.3. The reviewer makes a recommendation (positive or negative) regarding the possibility of publishing the article.

3.4. The doctor of Sciences or Candidate of Sciences reviewing the article cannot be its author (co-author).

3.5.The editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for the quality of reviews and the timeliness of reviewing the manuscripts of articles.

4. Respect copyrights

Unpublished data from submitted manuscripts for consideration, should not be used for personal purposes or transferred to third parties without the written consent of the author. Information or ideas obtained through the editing and the associated potential benefits must be kept confidential and not be used for personal gain.

5. Relationship with readers

Readers should be notified, at whose expense surveyed, when the study was conducted with funding from the organization or individual.

6. Conflicts

6.1. Editor in conjunction with the publisher should not be left without an answer claims relating reviewed manuscripts or published materials, as well as the detection of a conflict to take all necessary measures to restore the violated rights.

6.2. The editorial staff is ready to publish corrections, rebuttals, clarifications and complaints if necessary.

7. Position publishers

7.1. Publisher does not interfere in the work of the Editorial Board, is not involved in the selection of manuscripts and does not insist on the publication of any material.

7.2. Publisher of the magazine provides development: its paper and electronic versions, including in the database and subscription catalogs.

Obligations of authors

Credibility

The authors present reliable results of the work done, as well as objective discussions of the significance of the study. The data underlying the research should be clearly stated in writing. Knowingly false or falsified statements amount to unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

Originality and plagiarism

Authors should submit only original works. When using textual or graphic information obtained from the work of others, links to the corresponding publications or the written permission of the author are required.

Multiple, repetitive and competing publications

Authors should indicate that their work is being published for the first time. If the elements of the manuscript were previously published in another article, the authors are obliged to refer to the earlier work and indicate what is the significant difference between the new work and the previous one. Verbatim copying of one's own works and their paraphrasing is unacceptable; they can only be used as a basis for new conclusions. The policy of the journal does not exclude the consideration of an article not accepted for publication by another journal, or a full description presented after the publication of preliminary results, i.e. abstracts or posters presented at professional conferences.

Submitting an article to more than one journal at the same time is considered unethical behavior and is unacceptable.

Confirmation of sources

Authors are required to acknowledge the contributions of others who have influenced the nature of the research presented. The presence of bibliographic references to the works used is obligatory. Information obtained privately, through conversation, correspondence or discussion with third parties, should not be used without obtaining open written permission from their source.

Authorship of the work

Authorship should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the concept, design, execution, or interpretation of the claimed research. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Those who took part in some significant aspects of the research project should be thanked in the text of the publication.

The author must ensure that the names of all coauthors and project participants are included in the lists of coauthors or are mentioned as participants, and that all coauthors have read the final version of the scientific work and approved it, and also gave their consent to its publication.

Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest

All authors must disclose in their work information about any financial or other significant conflicts of interest that may affect the research results or their interpretation.

Substantial errors in published works

If the author discovers a material error or inaccuracy in his published work, he must immediately notify the editor or publisher of the journal and provide them with assistance in eliminating or correcting the error. If an editor or publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains material errors, the author must immediately remove or correct them, or provide the editorial board with proof of the correctness of the original article.

Publishing procedure

1. Filing

Apply to the log, do one of the following methods:

  • register for Naukaru.ru site and apply for the publication of an application in the Personal Cabinet;
  • send a file of the article by e-mail  chief editor (mtv-psy@mail.ru).

The application must comply with the requirements for the articles.

2. Preparation of the application

After receipt of the application editor in chief (deputy. Chief Editor) determines that the magazine article magazine profile, the requirements for registration.

Materials that do not meet these conditions, returned to the authors, indicating the reasons for refusal to accept manuscripts.

Materials that meet these conditions are sent for review to members of predominantly editorial board.

3. Review

3.1. The decision to publish is taken by the editorial board of the journal based on the reviews that contain expert opinions of reviewers, subject to compliance with the submissions thematic focus of the scientific journal, their scientific value and relevance. In some cases, by decision of the editorial board of the decision to publish is taken at a meeting of the Editorial Board.

3.2.Redaktsiya publication directs the authors of submissions or copies of reviews of a reasoned refusal, and also undertakes to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for admission to the editors of publication of the corresponding request.

As a result of the review article may be:

a) dismissed;

In case of refusal to publish an article revision sends a reasoned refusal to the author.

Not authorized for publication: article not designed in accordance with the requirements of the editorial board, authors refuse to technical improvements of articles; article in which the authors did not perform the constructive comments of the reviewer or arguments do not refute them.

In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer author has the right to give a reasoned response to the editorial board of the journal. By decision of the editorial board of the article may be re-directed to other expert review.

In two negative reviews to the author sent a reasoned refusal to publish the work, certified by the chief editor or his deputy.

b) sent to the author for revision;

Papers accepted for publication, but in need of improvement, is sent to the authors with comments from reviewer and editor. Authors should make all necessary changes in the final version of the manuscript to the editor and return the corrected text. Revised article is reviewed again by the same reviewer who made the criticisms, and the editors decide on the possibility of publication. Articles sent out to authors for correction should be returned to the editorial office not later than 7 calendar days after receipt. Return articles at a later date changes date of publication.

c) accepted for publication;

The presence of positive reviews is not a sufficient basis for the publication of the article. The final decision on acceptance of the author and placing it in one of the rooms of the scientific journal accepted at a meeting of the Editorial Board.

4. Conclusion of Contract

After the adoption of the article for publication the author enters into a contract with the publishing house: provides the necessary data, print the resulting contract, sign it and send by mail to the publisher.

5. Publication

Following the publication of a journal article gets rooms DOI number, and information about it is transmitted to the RISC.

The authors reported that their article is published, by e-mail.

Upon request, the author can get a free pdf-file of his article. Publisher does not send copies of copyright.

The journal "Applied Psychology and Pedagogy" adheres to the policy of full open access. By submitting his scientific work for publication, the author thereby agrees to provide the publishing house with free open access to his work after publication. Full open access allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print or link to the full texts of articles, scan them for indexing, transfer them as data to software or use them for any other legitimate purposes, indicating the source of the information.

The editorial board of the scientific journal "Applied Psychology and Pedagogy" follows the ethical standards adopted by the international scientific community. In its activities, the editorial board relies on the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (Committee on Publication Ethics).

The journal adheres to the principles of the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We advise authors to get acquainted with the ethical standards adopted by the scientific community (they are set out in Russian on the websites of the INFRA-M publishing house.

Requirements for the paper

Content requirements

The Editorial Board accepts articles for publication in the following fields: psychology and pedagogy. The article must be original, have not been previously published, is not in violation of the copyright of third parties.

Editorial material contained in this article should have elements of scientific novelty, have applied orientation, disclose theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of solving some urgent problems include conclusions and recommendations. Manuscripts must be accompanied by illustrative materials (tables, charts, graphs, diagrams, etc.).

The recommended amount in the range of 20-40 thousand. Characters (including spaces).

Requirements for registration

The article should contain:

  • UDC (see, for example, here: http://naukapro.ru/metod.htm.);
  • Unit 1 - in Russian: Full name of the author (s); article title; abstract (100-250 words); Keywords (5-7 words or phrases, separated by a semicolon);
  • Unit 2 - English: information of the first block in the same sequence;
  • Unit 3 - full article in Russian (the font of the main text - Times New Roman; font size of the main text - 12 pt, margins: top and bottom - 2 cm, left and right - 3 cm, line spacing - one and a half; indent of the first line of a paragraph - 1.25 cm, text alignment - in width; a reference to the formula given in parentheses; formulas typed in the formula editor, drawings - a Word means, raster illustration available as separate files in the format of at least 300 dpi .jpg with permission);
  • Unit 4 - list of literature in Russian (the name of the "Literature"); bibliographic lists drawn up in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008. References to the list in the main text are given in square brackets, eg: [3, p. 25];
  • Unit 5 - a list of references in the Latin alphabet (the name «References»). See registration rules.;
  • Unit 6 - information about authors in Russian: name, surname, patronymic; position; academic degree; academic title; the address data of the author (s) (organization (s), business address (st), e-mail or all of the author);
  • Unit 7 - information unit 6 in the same sequence in English.

To highlight the text is acceptable and bold italic writing. Examples recommended italicize new terms and concepts - in bold.

It is not recommended to use such isolation as CAPS, p and h p i d to and separated by a space and an underscore; subscript reference.

Making a list of references in the Latin alphabet (References)

The main structural elements of the list of literature in English:

1. Authors

It lists all the authors of the material separated by commas. Surname and initials transliterated. The initials of the names of places are not separated.

Example: Zagurenko A.G., Korotovskikh V.A., Kolesnikov A.A., Timonov A.V., Kardymon D.V.

2. The name of the source

Title of the article (book section): translation into English.

Example: Considering the economical nature of investment agreement when deciding practical issues (on example of the lease agreement) Pravo [Law]

Title (journal): transliterated name in italics, followed by an English translation in brackets.

Example: Poslednee pravitel'stvo SSSR [Last government of the USSR]

3. Imprint

For books: Publication city (in English), the name of the publishing house (transliteration with addition of reduction Publ.), Year of publication.

Example: Moscow, Krom Publ, 2013..

For articles from the magazine: year, volume, issue of the journal or the year number.

Example: 2013, vol. 5, i. 2. (Cyrillic - 2013, V. 5, number 2) or 2013, no. 7.

4. volume

An indication of the total number of pages or a range of "from-to".

Example: 221 p. or pp. 54-57.

5. Language

Description of articles and conference materials in Russian language indicating the end (in Russian).

6. DOI

If so, be sure to specify the DOI.

Example: DOI: 10.12737/2156

It is necessary to pay attention to the following points:

  1. If the list includes a reference to foreign publications, they are fully repeated in the list of impending in the Roman alphabet.
  2. When the description of the transfer of publication preferable description of the original versions. Translated versions can be described in brackets - as additional information. When you can not reveal information about the original version of the book, or translated version is, for example, a collection of several foreign publications, mainly the description is translated books.
  3. In the descriptions of Russian-language textbooks, manuals do not need to specify the type of media.
  4. Opisanie regulations, patents, reports, and so on. E. Preferably results in a translation into English, indicating in brackets (in Russian).
  5. Nazvanie conferences is transliterated, it gives a translation in brackets.
  6. For the unpublished documents of the author's name is indicated in brackets indicating the (unpublished). If the authorship of the document there is no point name and «Unpublished Source» or «Unpublished Report».

Publication ethics

1. The liability of the chief editor

1.1 Chief Editor is responsible for everything that is published in the journal.

1.2. The editor should not be allowed to publish materials that are not appropriate topics and policy magazine.

2. The independence and objectivity of the editorial board

2.1. The decision to publish taken editor in chief or deputy chief editor.

2.2. The decision on the publication shall be made only after reviewing the article.

2.3. The decision on publication is made on the basis of the scientific value of the work under consideration.

3. Review

3.1. The publication shall review all incoming materials to the editor corresponding to its category, with a view to peer review. All scientific articles, received by the editorial board, are subject to mandatory review.

3.2. Term review of training - a month.

3.3. The reviewer makes a recommendation (positive or negative) regarding the possibility of publishing the article.

3.4. The doctor of Sciences or Candidate of Sciences reviewing the article cannot be its author (co-author).

3.5.The editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for the quality of reviews and the timeliness of reviewing the manuscripts of articles.

4. Respect copyrights

Unpublished data from submitted manuscripts for consideration, should not be used for personal purposes or transferred to third parties without the written consent of the author. Information or ideas obtained through the editing and the associated potential benefits must be kept confidential and not be used for personal gain.

5. Relationship with readers

Readers should be notified, at whose expense surveyed, when the study was conducted with funding from the organization or individual.

6. Conflicts

6.1. Editor in conjunction with the publisher should not be left without an answer claims relating reviewed manuscripts or published materials, as well as the detection of a conflict to take all necessary measures to restore the violated rights.

6.2. The editorial staff is ready to publish corrections, rebuttals, clarifications and complaints if necessary.

7. Position publishers

7.1. Publisher does not interfere in the work of the Editorial Board, is not involved in the selection of manuscripts and does not insist on the publication of any material.

7.2. Publisher of the magazine provides development: its paper and electronic versions, including in the database and subscription catalogs.

Obligations of authors

Credibility

The authors present reliable results of the work done, as well as objective discussions of the significance of the study. The data underlying the research should be clearly stated in writing. Knowingly false or falsified statements amount to unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

Originality and plagiarism

Authors should submit only original works. When using textual or graphic information obtained from the work of others, links to the corresponding publications or the written permission of the author are required.

Multiple, repetitive and competing publications

Authors should indicate that their work is being published for the first time. If the elements of the manuscript were previously published in another article, the authors are obliged to refer to the earlier work and indicate what is the significant difference between the new work and the previous one. Verbatim copying of one's own works and their paraphrasing is unacceptable; they can only be used as a basis for new conclusions. The policy of the journal does not exclude the consideration of an article not accepted for publication by another journal, or a full description presented after the publication of preliminary results, i.e. abstracts or posters presented at professional conferences.

Submitting an article to more than one journal at the same time is considered unethical behavior and is unacceptable.

Confirmation of sources

Authors are required to acknowledge the contributions of others who have influenced the nature of the research presented. The presence of bibliographic references to the works used is obligatory. Information obtained privately, through conversation, correspondence or discussion with third parties, should not be used without obtaining open written permission from their source.

Authorship of the work

Authorship should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the concept, design, execution, or interpretation of the claimed research. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Those who took part in some significant aspects of the research project should be thanked in the text of the publication.

The author must ensure that the names of all coauthors and project participants are included in the lists of coauthors or are mentioned as participants, and that all coauthors have read the final version of the scientific work and approved it, and also gave their consent to its publication.

Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest

All authors must disclose in their work information about any financial or other significant conflicts of interest that may affect the research results or their interpretation.

Substantial errors in published works

If the author discovers a material error or inaccuracy in his published work, he must immediately notify the editor or publisher of the journal and provide them with assistance in eliminating or correcting the error. If an editor or publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains material errors, the author must immediately remove or correct them, or provide the editorial board with proof of the correctness of the original article.

Publishing procedure

1. Filing

Apply to the log, do one of the following methods:

  • register for Naukaru.ru site and apply for the publication of an application in the Personal Cabinet;
  • send a file of the article by e-mail  chief editor (mtv-psy@mail.ru).

The application must comply with the requirements for the articles.

2. Preparation of the application

After receipt of the application editor in chief (deputy. Chief Editor) determines that the magazine article magazine profile, the requirements for registration.

Materials that do not meet these conditions, returned to the authors, indicating the reasons for refusal to accept manuscripts.

Materials that meet these conditions are sent for review to members of predominantly editorial board.

3. Review

3.1. The decision to publish is taken by the editorial board of the journal based on the reviews that contain expert opinions of reviewers, subject to compliance with the submissions thematic focus of the scientific journal, their scientific value and relevance. In some cases, by decision of the editorial board of the decision to publish is taken at a meeting of the Editorial Board.

3.2.Redaktsiya publication directs the authors of submissions or copies of reviews of a reasoned refusal, and also undertakes to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for admission to the editors of publication of the corresponding request.

As a result of the review article may be:

a) dismissed;

In case of refusal to publish an article revision sends a reasoned refusal to the author.

Not authorized for publication: article not designed in accordance with the requirements of the editorial board, authors refuse to technical improvements of articles; article in which the authors did not perform the constructive comments of the reviewer or arguments do not refute them.

In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer author has the right to give a reasoned response to the editorial board of the journal. By decision of the editorial board of the article may be re-directed to other expert review.

In two negative reviews to the author sent a reasoned refusal to publish the work, certified by the chief editor or his deputy.

b) sent to the author for revision;

Papers accepted for publication, but in need of improvement, is sent to the authors with comments from reviewer and editor. Authors should make all necessary changes in the final version of the manuscript to the editor and return the corrected text. Revised article is reviewed again by the same reviewer who made the criticisms, and the editors decide on the possibility of publication. Articles sent out to authors for correction should be returned to the editorial office not later than 7 calendar days after receipt. Return articles at a later date changes date of publication.

c) accepted for publication;

The presence of positive reviews is not a sufficient basis for the publication of the article. The final decision on acceptance of the author and placing it in one of the rooms of the scientific journal accepted at a meeting of the Editorial Board.

4. Conclusion of Contract

After the adoption of the article for publication the author enters into a contract with the publishing house: provides the necessary data, print the resulting contract, sign it and send by mail to the publisher.

5. Publication

Following the publication of a journal article gets rooms DOI number, and information about it is transmitted to the RISC.

The authors reported that their article is published, by e-mail.

Upon request, the author can get a free pdf-file of his article. Publisher does not send copies of copyright.

The journal is published with the scientific support of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The purpose of the journal "Applied Psychology and Pedagogy" is the formation of a scientific and information environment, prompt and reliable dissemination of information about scientific research in the field of psychology and pedagogy, conducted by scientists and specialists both in Russia and abroad, as well as coverage of educational and methodological and the practical results of teaching in higher education. The activities of the editorial council are aimed at improving scientific and information exchange, increasing the citation of works and, accordingly, the effectiveness of the scientific activities of authors published in the journal.

The objective of the journal "Applied Psychology and Pedagogy":

expansion of the communicative space of interaction between scientists;
organization of discussions on topical problems of psychological and pedagogical sciences and practice;
exchange of experience in teaching and training in higher education.
The journal publishes original articles in Russian containing the results of applied and experimental research. All articles published in the journal are reviewed anonymously. Open access on the publisher's website / URL: https://naukaru.ru

Frequency of publication: issues of the journal are published four times a year.

The journal is included in the updated List of Higher Attestation Commission (List of peer-reviewed scientific publications, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science, for the degree of doctor of sciences) should be published from 26.12.2019 in the following scientific specialties:

From 2020, a fee of 2,000 rubles is charged for the editorial and publishing preparation of an article. Free publication of the article is provided to graduate students and associates, if the graduate student or associate is the only author of the scientific article.

The journal is published on the publisher's website in the public domain.

The journal has the status of Open Access within the framework of the definition adopted by the Budapest Open Access Initiative: users have the right to “read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or provide links to the full text of articles”. Articles in the journal are protected by the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND license. This means that the reader can download articles from the journal and share them with other readers as long as he acknowledges and credits the articles, but in any case he cannot modify them or use them commercially.
