USE OF SPECIAL PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS IN ENTERPRISE STRATEGIC HR MANAGEMENT

Abstract (English):
The article substantiates the legality of adapting well-known rating technologies for business process management to the specifics of strategic management personnel; features of a special portfolio analysis (SPA), the object of which is the totality of personnel units of the enterprise, are indicated. A technology for constructing two-dimensional AMR matrices has been developed, based on the use of integrated parameters associated with the successful implementation of the enterprise development strategy. As a strategic constant symbolizing the vertical axis of the matrix of special portfolio analysis, it is proposed to use the relative importance of strategic development vectors associated with the implementation of specialized strategic functionality. The article justifies the logical use of strategic competitiveness of personnel units as a parameter managed by the enterprise management. The proposed format of the AIR matrix, delimiting the analyzed field into 9 segments, is aimed at identifying strategic positions of personnel units and justifying the recommended personnel strategies. The article clarifies the essential aspects of the definitions used (personnel unit, strategic competitiveness, strategic motivation); proposed methodological tools of SPA are illustrated by conditional examples.
