The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that the radical processes in the development of productive forces occurring during the current change in technological structures require adequate development of production relations directly related to the conceptual development of management. The purpose of the presented research is to analyze the prospects for the development of the concept of management based on the use of human capital. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in the analytical development of the justification for the patterns of conceptual dynamics of management and in determining the interrelations between the development of concepts and scientific schools of management, as well as in determining the prospects for the development of the provisions of the concept of management based on the use of human capital in the coming decades. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use for further research into the provisions of the concept of management based on the use of human capital and solving practical management problems.
