The purpose of this article is the desire to show how the level of socio-psychological well-being of teaching staff can be increased through the implementation of a program for the development of psychological flexibility, which is an important resource and foundation for the successful work of a teacher. A short-term training program for psychological support and education of teaching staff has been developed. The results of the empirical study will serve as the basis for the development of programs to maintain and increase the level of socio-psychological well-being of teachers using techniques and methods of the contextual behavioral approach.
