The relevance of the presented study is due to the fact that in the modern geopolitical conditions of the development of the Russian Federation, the personnel problems of the country have been quite clearly exposed, among which this problem is most acutely felt in the military-industrial complex, including its management. The purpose of the presented research is to analyze the influence of factors on the development of the potential of the personnel reserve of the management of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation in the current conditions of geopolitical, economic and technical and technological changes. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that, based on the analysis of the influence of factors on the development of the potential of the personnel reserve of the management staff of the military-industrial complex, the level of their sensitivity to the ongoing geopolitical and economic transformations was determined, and it was established that due to significantly changing geopolitical and economic conditions of development, the potential of the personnel reserve of the management staff of the military-industrial complex demonstrated the greatest sensitivity to the ongoing changes in the development of new technologies within the framework of the sixth technological order, manifested both in the characteristics of the products being created and in the technologies of their production, and, consequently, in the adequate development of the production of means of production, as well as to the sharp scaling of the state defense order, due to the conduct of the SVO. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that they allow taking into account the influence of these factors when improving the strategies for developing the potential of the personnel reserve of the management staff of the military-industrial complex.
