SOCIAL PRINCIPLES OF LABOR REMUNERATION IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Abstract (English):
Labor remuneration in institutions financed from budgetary funds is presented as a result of employment relations of employees in socially socially useful activities related to the satisfaction of personal and public interests and needs. Non-sustainable employment limits social guarantees, so the principles of labor remuneration are considered through the prism of the systemic sociosynergetic approach, which allowed us to identify the social principles of labor remuneration in the budgetary sphere. The presented average wages of public sector employees by industry are the basis for considering the labor market as a sphere of employment with three characteristic parameters: socio-price, quantitative and temporal.0
