Abstract (English):
Currently, the applied component of veterinary medicine, in many ways, is a close interaction between veterinary specialists and animal owners. The effectiveness of such cooperation depends not only on the physical or psychological condition of the animal, but also on the reputation of the veterinary specialist, as well as the clinic (stations, etc.) where these services were provided. Our research is aimed at identifying key "hot" points of contact, which may be the content of certain communicative misunderstandings between a veterinary worker and a pet owner.
