Abstract (English):
The article discusses the evolutionary stages of functional development of IT-technologies in the field of HR and presents in detail modern directions of analytical tools application in HRM. According to the results of the study, the research outlines the key advantages of HR analytics in operational and strategic directions of HR activities. The article also provides a comparative analysis of the basic conceptual apparatus of HR information systems, viz, HRIS and E-HRM. This study considers the main vectors and problems of development of integrated HR-data systems as a strategic consulting partner for business. Finally, the article identifies possible ways to solve the problems of effective application of HRIS.
