Abstract (English):
The harmony of the child's personality is possible only with the simultaneous development of the intellectual and emotional spheres of his psyche. Age patterns and individual differences between children of the same age pose complex tasks for the teacher-musician and educators. Individual indicators of individual children significantly exceed the average age. Here you can talk about the giftedness of the child. One of the effective conditions for the development of preschool children today is the organization of a system of additional education in a preschool educational institution, which can ensure the transition from the interests of children to the development of their abilities. Another important aspect that is carried out in parallel with the implementation of the DOOP is work with parents. We must help parents to learn how to treat the abilities and capabilities of their children correctly, so that they become helpers for them, and not hinder their development. With the right work with parents, they come to the level of creative cooperation with the teacher and the child and very successful adult-child projects arise.
