Abstract (English):
The article deals with one of the important problems of socialization of children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities – their lack of a sufficient level of financial literacy. The author presents the results of the approbation of the developed diagnostic card aimed at assessing the level of financial literacy. The article provides a comparative analysis of financial literacy of adolescents with intellectual disabilities studying in grades 5-8, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn about the gaps that students have in this area, and also determines the need to include in the correctional and pedagogical process of training courses or extracurricular activities aimed at the formation of financial and economic knowledge and skills.
