The article reviews the theoretical foundations of digitalization in the field of personnel management: theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of "Digitalization in the field of personnel management"; where the authors consider domestic and foreign concepts describing the phenomenon of "Digitalization"; the authors present current digital tools in the field of personnel management used by modern organizations and trends in digitalization of the main directions of HR at the present stage.
