ADAPTATION OF THE PERSONNEL: HOW TO HELP THE EMPLOYEE TO JOIN THE TEAM

Abstract (English):
In the article the author considers the adaptation of new employees in the company. The article examines the essence of the adaptation process. The stages, methods of adaptation are revealed. The author lists the necessary rules for effective and rapid adaptation of new employees in the company. The tools used by HR-Department in assessing the success/failure of adaptation are given. The author specifies what role in the process of adaptation plays welcome-training. The ultimate goal of the adaptation program is:  ensuring faster and more efficient entry of a new employee;  reduced number of possible errors related to inclusion in work;  formation of a positive image of the company;  decrease in turnover of staff;  assessment of the employee's skill level and potential during their probation period;  team cohesion.
