The paper deals with providing incentives to motivate sales personnel tailored to the specific of retail electronic industry; the influencing factors and dependence between sales personnel productivity and the efficiency of enterprise are outlined. The special program which is aimed at the increasing of the company’s sales and based on the boosting sales personnel is developed.
