The article is devoted to a complex research of the behavior of people, which affects to the colleagues in a team negatively. It is considered such models of behavior as deviant, aggressive and confl ict and also their characteristics. As a result, it was suggested by the authors of this article that this classification is incomplete, in consequence of this fact another model was proposed — “toxic behavior”. The research on the basis of which the conclusion is drawn on expediency of introduction of a new concept is conducted. Distinctive features of toxic behavior are marked out. The methods of limiting infl uence of “toxic behavior” on people around are offered.
