The article describes the results of the study of the views of students of the State University of Management (future HR specialists and managers in the field of regulation of social and labor relations) on the image of a disabled employee. The problems arising at employment of these citizens in our country are revealed. The experience of employment of persons with disabilities in domestic companies.
