The article is devoted to the social and labour relations features at the present stage of economic development in Russia. The situation on the Russian labour market differs from the foreign countries in view of protracted transformational crisis, traditional regulation methods of the employment relationships, typical to the Soviet period, pushing into background social aspect of employment relationships. Exactly these problems are detailed considered and studied in this article. As a result, there was made a conclusion about what direction will be developing social and labor relations in the Russian Federation at this stage of economy in.

На современном этапе развития рыночных отношений особую роль играют трудовые отношения, возникающие между работодателем и подчиненным. В условиях нестабильности экономических, политических и социальных процессов возрастают риски, связанные с социально-трудовыми отношениями на предприятии, которые становятся причиной неустойчивости в развитии организации, а также понижения общего уровня развития человеческого капитала сотрудников.
За последнее десятилетие социально-трудовые отношения изменились существенным образом, что стало причиной возникновения новых форм, видов деятельности, увеличения числа участников. Усложнились также способы взаимодействия и регулирования различных трудовых процессов. Все изменения породили как положительные, так и отрицательные явления в социально-трудовой сфере, что отразилось на общей тенденции развития трудовых отношений в современной России.
