ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF MONITORING SYSTEM IN THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
The article shows the role of the monitoring service in the education governance structure, which should be the basis for the creation of a uniform information educational space. It notes the importance of monitoring study to objectively reflect the innovation processes and the development of education in general. It also describes the conditions of formation of system of mo-monitoring, through which it is possible to assess the effectiveness of management processes. This paper presents a version of the monitoring program, time-operate on the basis of criteria and indicators, and the grading scale for the analysis of changes occurring in educational institutions. A theme of the monitoring research activities in educational organizations is offered. The basic directions of monitoring studies, such as: recruitment, technical and financial and economic support, the quality of education, sociological studies are defined. Requirements, which allow the pro-monitoring process to develop a corresponding sequence-governed cal action according to the trends of development of the educational system are proposed

Развитие системы мониторинга в управлении образованием определяется созданием самостоятельной мониторинговой службы,сформированной на основе положения о мониторинговой службе и организационно-функциональной структуры, разработкой программыдействий при проведении мониторинга, а такжеподбором методик исследований по интересующим проблемам и необходимого инструментария.
