Abstract (English):
The article describes the essence of the audit of HR processes organization. Concepts «audit», «human resources audit», «audit of personnel potential», «social audit», «audit of HR processes» are studied in details. The tendencies in the market of audit and consulting services in the field of personnel management. The main directions and content HR - audit. The expediency of consideration of the audit of HR processes as a separate management. The relation types of audit in the organization of personnel management system and possible regularities of their functioning. Proposed levels of audit of HR processes of completeness study. Determine the relevance of research in the field of audit of HR processes of the organization. This article is based on materials of the author´s term papers and results of graduation thesis relating to the problem.

АКТУАЛЬНЫ Е НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ АУДИТА И КОНСАЛТИНГ А В ОБЛАСТИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ

Аудиторская деятельность сегодня является одним из наиболее часто используемых инструментов внешнего и внутреннего контроля эффективности деятельности организаций. Большинство руководителей четко осознают необходимость проведения аудита различных систем управления, в том числе системы управления персоналом организации. В условиях постоянного развития бизнеса возрастает потребность менеджеров и руководителей в информационном обеспечении процессов принятия решений, их исполнения и контроля, о чем свидетельствуют лучшие практики, в том числе зарубежные. Кроме того, любая организация, внедряющая и реализующая систему менеджмента качества, нуждается в аудите системы управления персоналом на регулярной основе. По мнению В.А. Старовойта и В.Н. Футина, «…кадровый аудит является инновационной технологией, важным инструментом организационного развития, поскольку позволяет эффективно использовать самые современные научные разработки» [1].
