The article is devoted to the issues of organization and conducting a business assessment of personnel by the 360-degree method. This is a complex and expensive procedure in terms of organizational, financial, and emotional costs, so it is very important to conduct it competently and correctly, ensuring the anonymity of judgments and the validity of the assessment itself. The article formulates the goals of conducting a business assessment by the 360-degree method, describes the limitations of its implementation, and discusses possible difficulties that may arise in the development and implementation of this procedure within an organization. The article provides examples of possible questions for participants, describes the stakeholders of the 360-degree assessment and their potential interest in participating, outlines the steps that HR should take to prepare for the pilot project, and provides recommendations for ensuring that the business assessment is conducted effectively.
