The article discusses modern methods of competitiveness in the field of automotive production. It analyzes current issues related to the repair and maintenance of the vehicle fleet in the Russian Federation. The article explores the relationship between the quality of after-sales service for vehicles and the level of customer loyalty to the automaker. The article proposes modern methods for improving the quality of after-sales service for vehicles. The article concludes with the findings.
