Abstract:
The article examines the specifics of the formation of the number of personnel of a manufacturing enterprise in conditions of limited financial resources and increasing requirements for the economic efficiency of economic activity. The main focus is on analyzing labor productivity and personnel costs as key factors affecting the effectiveness of an organization. The relationship between the number of employees, the volume of output and the cost structure of the enterprise is shown, which makes it possible to identify internal reserves for improving the efficiency of using labor resources and increasing the sustainability of the enterprise. The importance of coordinating personnel decisions with the financial capabilities of the organization while maintaining production performance is noted. The considered approach makes it possible to substantiate the need for rational human resource management without using complex optimization models and forms the basis for making economically sound management decisions.
