ON REORGANIZING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT THE CLINICAL DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION MEDICAL INSTITUTION WITH RESPECT TO TRANSITION TO THE FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
The paper considers, how to adapt requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the 3rd generation to the educational process, conducted at the clinical Department of Cardiovascular surgery and cardiology, the Faculty of Professional Development and Re-Training, SBEI of HPE “Kuban State Medical University”. The issue of training operating cardiovascular surgeons under the conditions, when approaches to training and teaching at the higher school have changed is considered. The authors suggest the option of learning and teaching support for the educational activities of a Department, which are in tune with the new requirements and conducive to training the knowledgeable clinicians. Special emphasis is put on the process of developing culture-general competencies of meta-subject and creative nature in resident medical practitioners. Considered is the idea of critical and creative application of the construct, already at hand in the pedagogical theory and international practice and helpful for assessing the level of personal culture-general development of a to-be-professional.
