The article explores the essence of reverse mentoring and the prerequisites for its development in a business environment. The experience of reverse mentoring programs through successful projects and functional segments where their contribution is most significant is described. A focus group was held with executives and entrepreneurs from key industries. The results of the study revealed attitudes towards reverse mentoring, barriers and prospects for its implementation. The mechanism of integration of reverse mentoring is substantiated, including the transformation of corporate culture and the introduction of flexible training programs.
