Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of crowdsourcing technologies, their use in the Russian and foreign practice. It contains the classifi cation of the main types of crowdsourcing. The article features the use of “crowd” in the fi eld of HR-technologies, the problem of choice of forms depending on the scope of the company. Considered alternative approaches to the applying of crowdsourcing can be used to generate and build a specifi c model of the organization in the fi eld of recruitment, selection and adaptation of personnel, etc. This analysis of the pros and cons of implementing crowdsourcing programs, methods and technologies allows to determine their eff ectiveness and the prospects for future development. Crowdsourcing can create signifi cant advantages as a commercial structure, and the state in solving social problems, improvement of government programs, development of new projects.
