This article continues the abstract of lectures on discipline «Economics of personnel management» for bachelor degree programme. The article reveals the essence and content of professional development. The classifi cation of personnel risks is given. The content of the main factors infl uencing the occurrence of personnel risks in the organization is described. The contents of the basic stages of procedure of risk management personnel in the organization are consistently shown. The main management methods of personnel risks in the staff organization are given.
