На основании данных, представленных поисковым онлайн-сервисом Google Books Ngram Viewer, в статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с определением семантики метафоры живое слово в богословских и философских контекстах, а также осуществляется попытка обнаружить примеры её использования в связи с национальными педагогическими школами.
