Глобальная гостиничная индустрия сегодня переживает период цифровой трансформации, характеризующейся активным внедрением интегрированных информационных технологий. Данное исследование, основанное на анализе 30 научных публикаций международного уровня и изучении финансовых отчетов ведущих гостиничных сетей, содержит рекомендации по стратегическому управлению гостиничными предприятиями с использованием современных цифровых технологий. Как показывает практика, эффективность развития гостиничного предприятия зависит не только от самих технологий, но и от готовности системы управления к изменениям. Авторами разработаны и предложены три различных варианта внедрения цифровых технологий с учетом стратегических целей развития гостиниц. Исследование демонстрирует, что выбор оптимального варианта цифровой трансформации определяется не наличием передовых технологий, а стратегическим видением менеджмента, готовностью персонала к организационным изменениям и согласованностью технологических инвестиций с поставленными бизнес-целями.
