Abstract (English):
The textbook "Personnel Management Technologies" has been developed in accordance with the curriculum (in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of 38.03.03 "Personnel Management" preparing the final qualifying work in this direction). The textbook includes an analysis of modern technologies in the field of personnel management that can be used in working with the staff of modern organizations. The textbook consistently presents the technologies of humanizing the labor activity of the personnel of organizations, the technology of working with personnel in various models of the organization. Consistently reviewed modern technologies work with the staffing reserve of the organization (talent management and the development of soft skills managers). Presented from the perspective of opportunities and risks are modern technologies of training and development of the personnel of the organization, modern technologies of recruiting, selection and hiring of personnel, technology of effective work with the personnel of the organization and technology of optimization of labor activity of the personnel. Current technologies for the release of personnel are represented by outplacement technology. Prospects and risks of all technologies presented in the textbook are considered.
