The article presents a comprehensive structural analysis of the ergonyms of food-service establishments in the Moscow region. The empirical base comprises 455 unique names of restaurants, cafés, bars, and bistros extracted from three current reference and rating sources dated March 2026: a directory of Georgian restaurants in Moscow (13 units), a list of the capital’s fish restaurants (184 units), and a consolidated list of 360 restaurants in the capital’s segment (285 units, accounting for overlaps). The study proposes an original typology of structural models, distinguishing one-word two-word, and multi-word nominations. Within each model, derivational and syntactic subtypes are differentiated. Made it possible to identify both general tendencies of Russian restaurant ergonymy and the regional specificity of the Moscow onomastic space – above all, a higher proportion of foreignlanguage and hybrid nominations and a greater “narrativity” of multi-word constructions compared to provincial cities.
