The article examines the convergence of digital educational and governance ecosystems in Russia and China. The study investigates the transformation of the school digital footprint into a resource for personnel, financial, and reputational scoring. A comparative analysis shows that in the PRC, this integration is holistic and ideological in nature, whereas in the Russian Federation, it develops in a fragmented manner through state-corporate platforms. The authors conclude that in both models, school metrics of activity and trustworthiness become tools for the algorithmic management of social mobility, shaping a personal profile from an early age.
