The article focuses on the phenomenon of Russophobic sentiments, spread in the cross-platform messenger Telegram in 2021-2024. The aim of the study is to assess the specifics and nature of Russophobic narrative promotion as a unique information and social phenomenon. The article describes the author's method for quantifying the dynamics and extent of russophobic narrative spread. This method is a content-analysis variation, based on evaluating the Russophobic lexemes posting statistic. The technological toolkit of the method is presented by the "Press Index" online service, allowing to carry out the monitoring of target lexemes in the Telegram. The study provides empirical data on Telegram users posting four Russophobic lexemes: "vatnik," "katsap," "rusnya," and "moskal," including the number of messages, the number of views, the total audience of Telegram channels, and more. This empirical data allows to draw meaningful conclusions about the development of the Russophobic narrative in 2021-2024 and the role of Telegram in this process. Based on the monitoring results, the authors formulate a general trajectory for the Telegram russophobic narrative development: from a stable level in 2021 (approximately 0.5 million views per month) to a deliberate increase in 2022-2023 (up to 175 million views per month) and a gradual decline in audience interest in 2024 (approximately 100 million views per month). The nature and characteristics of this process not only get the author's interpretation, but are also supported by empirical data. From the point of political science methodology, the article tests the quantitative method of Russophobia phenomenon assessment in the Telegram information space. In the applied aspect, the authors seek to build an objective scientific model of Russophobic narrative spreading in Telegram, including its dynamics, promotion methods, and semantic features.
