The effective functioning of the mentoring system requires a combination of the professionalism of a teacher or a full-time university employee with an understanding of the peculiarities of youth psychology. With the right approach, this can significantly increase the effectiveness of the educational process and favorably affect both the student's personal development and the formation of his professional training.
