The main directions of increase of level of the mathematical education, offered in the concept and a problem of perfecting of teaching of mathematical disciplines on the directions of training of bachelors are considered.

Важность развития и совершенствования системы образования в нашей стране всегда понималась первыми лицами государства. Так Указ № 1 от 11 июля 1991 года первого Президента Российской Федерации Бориса Ельцина был «О первоочередных мерах по развитию образования в РСФСР». Одним из первых указов Президента РФ Дмитрия Медведева, из подписанных им после инаугурации 7 мая 2008 г., стал Указ «О федеральных университетах», предусматривающий создание сети федеральных университетов в стране. В день своей инаугурации 7 мая 2012 г.
