The purpose of the contest

  
The objectives of the competition
  • To enhance the activities of authors of textbooks for professions SPO.
  • Consolidate and disseminate innovative pedagogical experience.
  • Open to the General public new talented authors and to facilitate their further research work.
 
  • Attraction and support of textbook authors.
  • The motivation of teachers to create educational publications that are in demand in the educational process.
  • Improving the quality of publications.
  • Promotion and implementation of the publications in the educational process.
 
Applications are accepted from November 1, 2017 on may 1, 2018.

General conditions
 

1.   The contest can be submitted to the original educational works thematically and methodologically relevant FGOS SPO of the latest generation, professional standards and WorldSkills international standards. The level of difficulty of the material and style of presentation should conform to the programs of secondary vocational education. The works advanced professional-public accreditation will be considered by the competitive Commission as a priority. Works with monographic character will not be accepted.
2.   The scope of work must be at least 8 and not more than 25 original worksheets (1 ed. sheet = 40 000 characters with spaces).
3.  To nominate a work for the contest can:
the authors, if the rights to publish the works free (not actualise to other publishers or the term of the contract with another publisher expired);
educational institution, if the publication was created as part of official duties (labor contract).
4.   The works participating in the contest can not be published in other publishing houses until the outcome of the contest and announcement of winners. The organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude from participation in the contest works, under negotiation, or signed contracts with other publishers.
5.   Each author can submit any number of works.
6.   Participation in the competition is free of charge.
7.   The metadata for all works placed in the Russian science citation index and indexed in the ABS Znanium.com.

5.     Computer science and engineering, information security.
6.     Health.
7.     Agriculture.
8.     Economy.
9.     Law.
10.   Sociology and social work.
11.   Service and tourism.
12.   Humanities.
13.   Education and pedagogy.
14.   Art and culture.
15.   Defence and security of the state. Military science.

 

 

The order of the competition

1.   The authors give the work in full, in electronic or printed form. With the victory in the contest the publisher has the right to request a printed copy for production purposes.

2.   Manuscripts shall be sent in the file format  *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf,  file size — no more than 10 MB. In the cover letter you need to specify a nomination and the output of the previous edition, if the book was previously published. Training materials submitted to the Contest are not reviewed and not returned. 

3.   The authors provide information about each member of the group of authors:

  •  surname, name, patronymic (in full);
  •  place of work, position;
  •  contact e-mail address;
  •  a contact phone number.

Competition materials uploaded to the website www.naukaru.ru, through your personal account (registration required).

In exceptional cases, an application for the contest can be sent by e-mail: derikova_ta@infra-m.ru  
with a mark «Competition «Professional education». 

If you plan to submit print jobs, you must first send a cover letter with information about authors to the following email address. 

4.   Laureates are awarded with diplomas and special prizes. The winners in all nominations of the competition of publishing house «INFRA-M» offers to conclude a contract for the publication of their works. 
The winner receives:

  • a free publication of their work on the basis of any of the 10 Russian publishing houses of the group of companies
  • royalties from sales of printed and electronic copies of the publication 
  • the opportunity to improve h-index, taking part in the program INFRA-M Citation

Publisher assumes all costs for the production and promotion of the publication, guarantee the permanent availability of the edition in sale both for educational institutions and for private buyers.
