Abstract:
The report touches upon the digitalization process of the business community. It also accounts for the definition of a new direction in HR sphere – HR-analytics. The report reviews the current problems of HR-analytics as well as provides one of the possible solutions to the problem of processing Big Data in HR-analytics.
