In the approximation of one-dimensional waves consider a problem of propagation of waves of arbitrary nature across the interface of two inhomogeneous media. The resulting amplitude of the reflected and transmitted waves, as well as the energy coefficients of reflection and transmission. For example, a particular case of the exponential wave demonstrated the limiting transition to the case of homogeneous media. The necessity of introduction of a normalization that takes into account the starting point of wave propagation.
